I specialize in Research and Strategic Design, and use an iterative, reflexive, systems-oriented approach from research throughout implementation. I'm trained in service design, UX design, and communication design, and have led and worked with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders to make strategic decisions grounded on research insights.
